Booking Procedures

BOOKING PROCEDURE

  1. When you first contact TSM, please advise us of your preferred course and tell us what you would like to gain from your studies, together with your preferred dates.
  2. Based on this, TSM will propose a course/syllabus and outline details of the course.
  3. At this time, TSM will also forward an enrolment form, entry test and Terms & Conditions.
  4. The student should then confirm their acceptance of the proposed course (or suggest changes), and return the completed enrolment form and test paper.
  5. If requested, airport collection and accommodation will be arranged. The name of your homestay provider may not be confirmed to you straight away but you will know at least 2 weeks before you arrive. (Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, families have to be changed. This is rare, but you will be notified as soon as a new family is appointed).
  6. TSM will confirm all details back to the student and when all is agreed, TSM will submit an invoice. All fees must be paid in advance. Payment details will be included on the invoice.
  7. When payment is made, a starting date and any final details will be confirmed.

AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL IN THE UK

  1. If airport transfers have been arranged you will be taken directly to your homestay (unless something else has been organised). Both you and your homestay provider will be given contact details beforehand so you can contact each other before your arrival.
  2. Alternatively, a student will make his/her own way. Contact with your homestay provider will also be arranged before you arrive.
  3. When you arrive at your homestay, an envelope from TSM will be waiting for you. This will contain a welcome letter, a map of Eastbourne Town, a copy of your schedule (including details of the location and start time of your first lesson, and any other information that is relevant.

YOUR FIRST DAY
